Lëpimt-bêle Bî (/ɪˈtëvɪ/ /ˈbɘle/ [painful] [enemy; rival]) is a subtropical Town located in the Lîsithapíe Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Lëpimt-bêle Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Lëpimt-bêle Bî was founded by Lessil Trgëmë, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Overview

Lëpimt-bêle Bî was founded durring the early 15th century in summer of the year 1400, by Lessil Trgëmë. The establishment of Lëpimt-bêle Bî suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Lëpimt-bêle Bî which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Lëpimt-bêle Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Lëpimt-bêle Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Lëpimt-bêle Bî is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive cobblestone streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Lëpimt-bêle Bî's minimaly adiquite are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

Lëpimt-bêle Bî seems to be abandoned at first. There are people present, working their trades and going about their business like any community, it’s just they are absurdly quiet. Just as you start to think there might be trouble, you see most of them are reading. Lëpimt-bêle Bî's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
